The term 'his holy inspiration' in the Quranic context refers to the divine support and revelation brought by the 'Holy Spirit' (Ruh al-Qudus). According to the overwhelming consensus of Islamic scholars, the Holy Spirit is the Angel Gabriel (Jibril). The Quran mentions in verses 2:87, 2:253, and 5:110 that Prophet Jesus (Isa) was strengthened and supported by the Holy Spirit. This divine assistance enabled him to speak to people from infancy and as an adult, and to perform miracles as clear signs of his prophethood. Furthermore, the Holy Spirit is also identified as the 'Trustworthy Spirit' who brought down the Quranic revelation to the heart of Prophet Muhammad. This Islamic understanding of the Holy Spirit is fundamentally different from the concept of the Trinity in Christianity, as the Quran unequivocally affirms the oneness of God.
