وَالۡمُرۡسَلٰتِ عُرۡفًاۙ
— Transliteration
Walmursalati AAurfa
وَالۡمُرۡسَلٰتِ
wal-mur'salāti
By the ones sent forth
قسم ہے ان بھیجی ہوئی ہواؤں کی
عُرۡفًا ۙ
ʿur'fan
one after another
جو پے در پے ہیں
Urdu —
نرم و خوش گوار ہواؤں کی قَسم جو پے در پے چلتی ہیںo
— English
By those [winds] sent forth in gusts
فَالۡعٰصِفٰتِ عَصۡفًاۙ
— Transliteration
FalAAasifati AAasfa
فَالۡعٰصِفٰتِ
fal-ʿāṣifāti
And the winds that blow
پھر ان ہواؤں کی جو تیز چلتی ہیں
عَصۡفًا ۙ
ʿaṣfan
violently
تیز چلنا
Urdu —
پھر تند و تیز ہواؤں کی قَسم جو شدید جھونکوں سے چلتی ہیںo
— English
And the winds that blow violently
وَّالنّٰشِرٰتِ نَشۡرًاۙ
— Transliteration
Wannashirati nashra
وَّالنّٰشِرٰتِ
wal-nāshirāti
And the ones that scatter
قسم ہے ان ہواؤں کی جو پھیلانے والی ہیں۔ نشر کرنے والی ہیں
نَشۡرًا ۙ
nashran
far and wide
پھیلانا۔ نشر کرنا
Urdu —
اور ان کی قَسم جو بادلوں کو ہر طرف پھیلا دیتی ہیںo
— English
And [by] the winds that spread [clouds]
فَالۡفٰرِقٰتِ فَرۡقًاۙ
— Transliteration
Falfariqati farqa
فَالۡفٰرِقٰتِ
fal-fāriqāti
And those who separate
پھر جدا کرنے والیں
فَرۡقًا ۙ
farqan
(by the) Criterion
جدا کرنا
Urdu —
پھر ان کی قَسم جو (اُنہیں) پھاڑ کر جدا جدا کر دیتی ہیںo
— English
And those [angels] who bring criterion
فَالۡمُلۡقِيٰتِ ذِكۡرًاۙ
— Transliteration
Falmulqiyati thikra
فَالۡمُلۡقِيٰتِ
fal-mul'qiyāti
And those who bring down
پھر ڈالنے والیاں
ذِكۡرًا ۙ
dhik'ran
(the) Reminder
ذکر کو
Urdu —
پھر ان کی قَسم جو نصیحت لانے والی ہیںo
— English
And those [angels] who deliver a message
عُذۡرًا اَوۡ نُذۡرًاۙ
— Transliteration

(As) justification
عذر کے طور پر

As justification or warning,
اِنَّمَا تُوۡعَدُوۡنَ لَوَاقِعٌ
— Transliteration
Innama tooAAadoona lawaqiAA
اِنَّمَا
innamā
Indeed, what
بیشک
تُوۡعَدُوۡنَ
tūʿadūna
you are promised
جو تم وعدہ کیے جاتے ہو
لَوَاقِعٌ ؕ
lawāqiʿun
will surely occur
البتہ واقع ہونے والا ہے
Urdu —
بیشک جو وعدۂ (قیامت) تم سے کیا جا رہا ہے وہ ضرور پورا ہو کر رہے گاo
— English
Indeed, what you are promised is to occur.
فَاِذَا النُّجُوۡمُ طُمِسَتۡۙ
— Transliteration
Fa-itha annujoomu tumisat
فَاِذَا
fa-idhā
So when
پھر جب
النُّجُوۡمُ
l-nujūmu
the stars
تارے
طُمِسَتۡۙ
ṭumisat
are obliterated
مٹا دیئے جائیں گے
Urdu —
پھر جب ستاروں کی روشنی زائل کر دی جائے گیo
— English
So when the stars are obliterated
وَاِذَا السَّمَآءُ فُرِجَتۡۙ
— Transliteration
Wa-itha assamao furijat
وَ اِذَا
wa-idhā
And when
اور جب
السَّمَآءُ
l-samāu
the heaven
آسمان
فُرِجَتۡۙ
furijat
is cleft asunder
کھولا جائے گا
Urdu —
اور جب آسمانی کائنات میں شگاف ہو جائیں گےo
— English
And when the heaven is opened
وَاِذَا الۡجِبَالُ نُسِفَتۡۙ
— Transliteration
Wa-itha aljibalu nusifat
وَاِذَا
wa-idhā
And when
اور جب
الۡجِبَالُ
l-jibālu
the mountains
پہاڑ
نُسِفَتۡۙ
nusifat
are blown away
اڑا دیئے جائیں گے
Urdu —
اور جب پہاڑ (ریزہ ریزہ کر کے) اُڑا دیے جائیں گےo
— English
And when the mountains are blown away
وَاِذَا الرُّسُلُ اُقِّتَتۡؕ
— Transliteration
Wa-itha arrusulu oqqitat
وَاِذَا
wa-idhā
And when
اور جب
الرُّسُلُ
l-rusulu
the Messengers
رسول
اُقِّتَتۡؕ
uqqitat
are gathered to their appointed time
مقرر وقت پر لائے جائیں گے
Urdu —
اور جب پیغمبر وقتِ مقررہ پر (اپنی اپنی اُمتوں پر گواہی کے لئے) جمع کئے جائیں گےo
— English
And when the messengers' time has come...
لِاَىِّ يَوۡمٍ اُجِّلَتۡؕ
— Transliteration
Li-ayyi yawmin ojjilat
لِاَىِّ

For what

Day
دن کے لیے
اُجِّلَتۡؕ

وعدہ دیئے گئے

بھلا کس دن کے لئے (ان سب اُمور کی) مدت مقرر کی گئی ہےo

For what Day was it postponed?
لِيَوۡمِ الۡفَصۡلِۚ

For the Day of Judgement.
وَمَاۤ اَدۡرٰٮكَ مَا يَوۡمُ الۡفَصۡلِؕ
— Transliteration
Wama adraka ma yawmualfasl
وَمَاۤ
wamā
And what
اور کیا چیز
اَدۡرٰٮكَ
adrāka
will make you know
بتائے تجھ کو
مَا
mā
what
کیا ہے
يَوۡمُ

(is the) Day
دن
الۡفَصۡلِؕ
l-faṣli
(of) the Judgment
فیصلے کا
Urdu —
اور آپ کو کس نے بتایا کہ فیصلہ کا دن کیا ہےo
— English
And what can make you know what is the Day of Judgement?
وَيۡلٌ يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Waylun yawma-ithin lilmukaththibeen
وَيۡلٌ

Woe
ہلاکت ہے
يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ
yawma-idhin
that Day
اس دن
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ
lil'mukadhibīna
to the deniers
جھٹلانے والوں کے لیے
Urdu —
اس دن جھٹلانے والوں کے لئے خرابی (و تباہی) ہےo
— English
Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
اَلَمۡ نُهۡلِكِ الۡاَوَّلِيۡنَؕ
— Transliteration
Alam nuhliki al-awwaleen
اَلَمۡ
alam
Did not
کیا نہیں
نُهۡلِكِ
nuh'liki
We destroy
ہم نے ہلاک کیا
الۡاَوَّلِيۡنَؕ
l-awalīna
the former (people)
پہلوں کو
Urdu —
کیا ہم نے اگلے (جھٹلانے والے) لوگوں کو ہلاک نہیں کر ڈالا تھاo
— English
Did We not destroy the former peoples?
ثُمَّ نُتۡبِعُهُمُ الۡاٰخِرِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Thumma nutbiAAuhumu al-akhireen
ثُمَّ
thumma
Then
پھر
نُتۡبِعُهُمُ
nut'biʿuhumu
We follow them up
ہم پیچھے لاتے ہیں ان کے
الۡاٰخِرِيۡنَ
l-ākhirīna
(with) the later ones
بعد والوں کو
Urdu —
پھر ہم بعد کے لوگوں کو بھی (ہلاکت میں) ان کے پیچھے چلائے دیتے ہیںo
— English
Then We will follow them with the later ones.
كَذٰلِكَ نَفۡعَلُ بِالۡمُجۡرِمِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Kathalika nafAAalu bilmujrimeen
كَذٰلِكَ
kadhālika
Thus
اسی طرح
نَفۡعَلُ
nafʿalu
We deal
ہم کرتے ہیں
بِالۡمُجۡرِمِيۡنَ
bil-muj'rimīna
with the criminals
مجرموں کے ساتھ
Urdu —
ہم مجرموں کے ساتھ اِسی طرح (کا معاملہ) کرتے ہیںo
— English
Thus do We deal with the criminals.
وَيۡلٌ يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Waylun yawma-ithin lilmukaththibeen
وَيۡلٌ

Woe
ہلاکت ہے
يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ
yawma-idhin
that Day
اس دن
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ

to the deniers
جھٹلانے والوں کے لیے

اُس دن جھٹلانے والوں کے لئے بڑی خرابی ہےo

Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
اَلَمۡ نَخۡلُقكُّمۡ مِّنۡ مَّآءٍ مَّهِيۡنٍۙ
— Transliteration
Alam nakhluqkum min ma-in maheen
اَلَمۡ
alam
Did not
کیا نہیں
نَخۡلُقۡكُّمۡ
nakhluqkkum
We create you
ہم نے پیدا کیا تم کو
مِّنۡ
min
from
سے
مَّآءٍ
māin
a water
پانی
مَّهِيۡنٍۙ
mahīnin
despicable
حقیر
Urdu —
کیا ہم نے تمہیں حقیر پانی (کی ایک بوند) سے پیدا نہیں کیاo
— English
Did We not create you from a liquid disdained?
فَجَعَلۡنٰهُ فِىۡ قَرَارٍ مَّكِيۡنٍۙ
— Transliteration
FajaAAalnahu fee qararinmakeen
فَجَعَلۡنٰهُ
fajaʿalnāhu
Then We placed it
پھر رکھ دیا ہم نے اس کو
فِىۡ
fī
in
میں
قَرَارٍ
qarārin
an abode
ٹھکانے
مَّكِيۡنٍۙ
makīnin
safe
مضبوط
Urdu —
پھر اس کو محفوظ جگہ (یعنی رحمِ مادر) میں رکھاo
— English
And We placed it in a firm lodging
اِلٰى قَدَرٍ مَّعۡلُوۡمٍۙ
— Transliteration
Ila qadarin maAAloom
اِلٰى

For

قَدَرٍ

اندازے ۔ وقت
مَّعۡلُوۡمٍۙ
maʿlūmin

معلوم
Urdu —
(وقت کے) ایک معیّن اندازے تکo
— English
For a known extent.
فَقَدَرۡنَا ۖ فَنِعۡمَ الۡقٰدِرُوۡنَ
— Transliteration
Faqadarna faniAAma alqadiroon
فَقَدَرۡنَا ۖ
faqadarnā
So We measured
پھر اندازہ کیا ہم نے
فَنِعۡمَ
faniʿ'ma
and Best
پس کتنے اچھے ہیں
الۡقٰدِرُوۡنَ
l-qādirūna
(are We to) measure
اندازہ کرنے والے
Urdu —
پھر ہم نے (نطفہ سے تولّد تک تمام مراحل کے لئے) وقت کے اندازے مقرر کئے، پس (ہم) کیا ہی خوب اندازے مقرر کرنے والے ہیںo
— English
And We determined [it], and excellent [are We] to determine.
وَيۡلٌ يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Waylun yawma-ithin lilmukaththibeen

ہلاکت ہے
يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ

Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
اَلَمۡ نَجۡعَلِ الۡاَرۡضَ كِفَاتًاۙ
— Transliteration
Alam najAAali al-arda kifata
اَلَمۡ
alam
Have not
کیا نہیں
نَجۡعَلِ
najʿali
We made
ہم نے بنایا
الۡاَرۡضَ
l-arḍa
the earth
زمین کو
كِفَاتًا ۙ
kifātan
a receptacle
جمع کرنے والی۔ سمیٹنے والی
Urdu —
کیا ہم نے زمین کو سمیٹ لینے والی نہیں بنایاo
— English
Have We not made the earth a container
اَحۡيَآءً وَّاَمۡوَاتًاۙ
— Transliteration
Ahyaan waamwata
اَحۡيَآءً
aḥyāan
(For the) living
زندوں کو
وَّاَمۡوَاتًا ۙ
wa-amwātan
and (the) dead
اور مردوں کو
Urdu —
(جو سمیٹتی ہے) زندوں کو (بھی) اور مُردوں کو (بھی)o
— English
Of the living and the dead?
وَّجَعَلۡنَا فِيۡهَا رَاوسِىَ شٰمِخٰتٍ وَّاَسۡقَيۡنٰكُمۡ مَّآءً فُرَاتًاؕ
— Transliteration
WajaAAalna feeha rawasiyashamikhatin waasqaynakum maan furata
وَّجَعَلۡنَا
wajaʿalnā
And We made
اور بنائے ہم نے
فِيۡهَا
fīhā
therein
اس میں
رَوَاسِىَ
rawāsiya
firmly set mountains
پہاڑ
شٰمِخٰتٍ
shāmikhātin
lofty
بلند
وَّ اَسۡقَيۡنٰكُمۡ
wa-asqaynākum
and We gave you to drink
اور پلایا ہم نے تم کو
مَّآءً
māan
water
پانی
فُرَاتًا ؕ
furātan
sweet
پیاس بجھانے والا
Urdu —
ہم نے اس پر بلند و مضبوط پہاڑ رکھ دئیے اور ہم نے تمہیں (شیریں چشموں کے ذریعے) میٹھا پانی پلایاo
— English
And We placed therein lofty, firmly set mountains and have given you to drink sweet water.
وَيۡلٌ يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Waylun yawma-ithin lilmukaththibeen
وَيۡلٌ

Woe
ہلاکت ہے
يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ
yawma-idhin
that Day
اس دن
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ

Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
اِنْطَلِقُوۡۤا اِلٰى مَا كُنۡتُمۡ بِهٖ تُكَذِّبُوۡنَۚ
— Transliteration
Intaliqoo ila ma kuntumbihi tukaththiboon
اِنْطَلِقُوۡۤا

[They will be told], "Proceed to that which you used to deny.
اِنْطَلِقُوۡۤا اِلٰى ظِلٍّ ذِىۡ ثَلٰثِ شُعَبٍۙ
— Transliteration
Intaliqoo ila thillinthee thalathi shuAAab
اِنْطَلِقُوۡۤا
inṭaliqū
Proceed
چلو
اِلٰى

طرف
ظِلٍّ
ẓillin
a shadow
ایک سائے کے
ذِىۡ

جو ہے
ثَلٰثِ

تین
شُعَبٍۙ

شاخوں والا
Urdu —
تم (دوزخ کے دھویں پر مبنی) اس سائے کی طرف چلو جس کے تین حصے ہیںo
— English
Proceed to a shadow [of smoke] having three columns
لَّا ظَلِيۡلٍ وَّلَا يُغۡنِىۡ مِنَ اللَّهَبِؕ
— Transliteration
La thaleelin walayughnee mina allahab
لَّا
lā
No
نہ
ظَلِيۡلٍ
ẓalīlin
cool shade
سایہ دینے والا
وَّلَا
walā
and not
اور نہ
يُغۡنِىۡ
yugh'nī
availing
کام آئے گا۔ بچائے گا
مِنَ
mina
against
سے
اللَّهَبِؕ
l-lahabi
the flame
آگ کی لپٹ ۔ شعلے
Urdu —
جو نہ (تو) ٹھنڈا سایہ ہے اور نہ ہی آگ کی تپش سے بچانے والا ہےo
— English
[But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame."
اِنَّهَا تَرۡمِىۡ بِشَرَرٍ كَالۡقَصۡرِۚ
— Transliteration
Innaha tarmee bishararin kalqasr
اِنَّهَا
innahā
Indeed, it
بیشک وہ
تَرۡمِىۡ
tarmī
throws up
پھینکے گی
بِشَرَرٍ
bishararin
sparks
چنگاریاں
كَالۡقَصۡرِۚ
kal-qaṣri
as the fortress
محل جیسی
Urdu —
بیشک وہ (دوزخ) اونچے محل کی طرح (بڑے بڑے) شعلے اور چنگاریاں اڑاتی ہےo
— English
Indeed, it throws sparks [as huge] as a fortress,
كَاَنَّهٗ جِمٰلَتٌ صُفۡرٌؕ
— Transliteration
Kaannahu jimalatun sufr
كَاَنَّهٗ
ka-annahu
As if they (were)
گویا کہ وہ
جِمٰلَتٌ
jimālatun
camels
اونٹ ہیں
صُفۡرٌ ؕ
ṣuf'run
yellow
زرد رنگ کے
Urdu —
(یوں بھی لگتا ہے) گویا وہ (چنگاریاں) زرد رنگ والے اونٹ ہیںo
— English
As if they were yellowish [black] camels.
وَيۡلٌ يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Waylun yawma-ithin lilmukaththibeen
وَيۡلٌ
waylun
Woe
ہلاکت ہے
يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ
yawma-idhin
that Day
اس دن
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ
lil'mukadhibīna
to the deniers
جھٹلانے والوں کے لیے
Urdu —
اس دن جھٹلانے والوں کے لئے بڑی تباہی ہےo
— English
Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
هٰذَا يَوۡمُ لَا يَنۡطِقُوۡنَۙ
— Transliteration
Hatha yawmu la yantiqoon
هٰذَا
hādhā
This
یہ
يَوۡمُ
yawmu
(is) a Day
دن ہے
لَا
lā
not
نہیں
يَنۡطِقُوۡنَۙ
yanṭiqūna
they will speak
وہ بولیں گے
Urdu —
یہ ایسا دن ہے کہ وہ (اس میں) بول بھی نہ سکیں گےo
— English
This is a Day they will not speak,
وَلَا يُؤۡذَنُ لَهُمۡ فَيَعۡتَذِرُوۡنَ
— Transliteration
Wala yu/thanu lahum fayaAAtathiroon
وَلَا
walā
And not
اور نہ
يُؤۡذَنُ
yu'dhanu
will it be permitted
اجازت دی جائے گی
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
ان کے لیے
فَيَـعۡتَذِرُوۡنَ
fayaʿtadhirūna
to make excuses
کہ وہ معذرت کریں
Urdu —
اور نہ ہی انہیں اجازت دی جائے گی کہ وہ معذرت کرسکیںo
— English
Nor will it be permitted for them to make an excuse.
وَيۡلٌ يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Waylun yawma-ithin lilmukaththibeen
وَيۡلٌ

Woe
ہلاکت ہے
يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ
yawma-idhin
that Day
اس دن
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ
lil'mukadhibīna
to the deniers
جھٹلانے والوں کے لیے

اُس دن جھٹلانے والوں کے لئے بڑی ہلاکت ہےo
— English
Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
هٰذَا يَوۡمُ الۡفَصۡلِۚ جَمَعۡنٰكُمۡ وَالۡاَوَّلِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Hatha yawmu alfasli jamaAAnakumwal-awwaleen
هٰذَا

الۡفَصۡلِۚ

جَمَعۡنٰكُمۡ

We have gathered you
جمع کردیا ہم نے تم کو
وَالۡاَوَّلِيۡنَ
wal-awalīna
and the former (people)
اور پہلوں کو
Urdu —
یہ فیصلے کا دن ہے (جس میں) ہم تمہیں اور (سب) پہلے لوگوں کو جمع کریں گےo
— English
This is the Day of Judgement; We will have assembled you and the former peoples.
فَاِنۡ كَانَ لَـكُمۡ كَيۡدٌ فَكِيۡدُوۡنِ
— Transliteration
Fa-in kana lakum kaydun fakeedoon
فَاِنۡ
fa-in
So if
پھر اگر
كَانَ
kāna
is
ہے
لَـكُمۡ
lakum
for you
تمہارے لیے
كَيۡدٌ
kaydun
a plan
کوئی چال
فَكِيۡدُوۡنِ
fakīdūni
then plan against Me
پس چال چلو مجھ سے
Urdu —
پھر اگر تمہارے پاس (عذاب سے بچنے کا) کوئی حیلہ (اور داؤ) ہے تو (وہ) داؤ مجھ پر چلا لوo
— English
So if you have a plan, then plan against Me.
وَيۡلٌ يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Waylun yawma-ithin lilmukaththibeen
وَيۡلٌ
waylun
Woe
ہلاکت ہے
يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ
yawma-idhin
that Day
اس دن
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ
lil'mukadhibīna
to the deniers
جھٹلانے والوں کے لیے
Urdu —
اس دن جھٹلانے والوں کے لئے بڑا افسوس ہےo
— English
Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
اِنَّ الۡمُتَّقِيۡنَ فِىۡ ظِلٰلٍ وَّعُيُوۡنٍۙ
— Transliteration
Inna almuttaqeena fee thilalinwaAAuyoon
اِنَّ
inna
Indeed,
بیشک
الۡمُتَّقِيۡنَ
l-mutaqīna
the righteous
متقی لوگ
فِىۡ
fī
(will be) in
میں
ظِلٰلٍ

وَّعُيُوۡنٍۙ
waʿuyūnin
and springs
اور چشموں میں ہوں گے
Urdu —
بیشک پرہیزگار ٹھنڈے سایوں اور چشموں میں (عیش و راحت کے ساتھ) ہوں گےo
— English
Indeed, the righteous will be among shades and springs
وَّفَوَاكِهَ مِمَّا يَشۡتَهُوۡنَؕ
— Transliteration
Wafawakiha mimma yashtahoon
وَّفَوَاكِهَ
wafawākiha
And fruits
اور پھل
مِمَّا
mimmā
from what
اس میں سے جو
يَشۡتَهُوۡنَؕ
yashtahūna
they desire
وہ چاہیں گے۔ خواہش کریں گے
Urdu —
اور پھل اور میوے جس کی بھی وہ خواہش کریں گے (ان کے لئے موجود ہوں گے)o
— English
And fruits from whatever they desire,
كُلُوۡا وَاشۡرَبُوۡا هَنِيْٓئًاۢ بِمَا كُنۡتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ
— Transliteration
Kuloo washraboo hanee-an bimakuntum taAAmaloon

Urdu —
(ان سے کہا جائے گا:) تم خوب مزے سے کھاؤ پیو اُن اَعمالِ (صالحہ) کے عوض جو تم کرتے رہے تھےo
— English
[Being told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do."
اِنَّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجۡزِىۡ الۡمُحۡسِنِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Inna kathalika najzee almuhsineen

نَجۡزِى

reward
ہم بدلہ دیں گے
الۡمُحۡسِنِيۡنَ

بے شک ہم اِسی طرح نیکو کاروں کو جزا دیا کرتے ہیںo

Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.
وَيۡلٌ يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ

Waylun yawma-ithin lilmukaththibeen

ہلاکت ہے
يَّوۡمَٮِٕذٍ

لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِيۡنَ

اس دن جھٹلانے والوں کے لئے بڑی خرابی ہےo

Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
كُلُوۡا وَتَمَتَّعُوۡا قَلِيۡلاً اِنَّكُمۡ مُّجۡرِمُوۡنَ
— Transliteration
Kuloo watamattaAAoo qaleelan innakummujrimoon

Eat
کھاؤ
وَتَمَتَّعُوۡا

and enjoy yourselves
اور فائدے اٹھاؤ

مُّجۡرِمُوۡنَ

(اے حق کے منکرو!) تم تھوڑا عرصہ کھا لو اور فائدہ اٹھا لو، بے شک تم مجرم ہوo

[O disbelievers], eat and enjoy yourselves a little; indeed, you are criminals.

ارۡكَعُوۡا

اور جب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ تم (اﷲ کے حضور) جھکو تو وہ نہیں جھکتےo

And when it is said to them, "Bow [in prayer]," they do not bow.
