يُسَبِّحُ لِلّٰهِ مَا فِىۡ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِۚ لَهُ الۡمُلۡكُ وَلَهُ الۡحَمۡدُ وَهُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيۡرٌ
— Transliteration
Yusabbihu lillahi ma feeassamawati wama fee al-ardilahu almulku walahu alhamdu wahuwa AAala kullishay-in qadeer
يُسَبِّحُ
yusabbiḥu
Glorifies
تسبیح کررہی ہے
لِلّٰهِ
lillahi
[to] Allah
اللہ کے لیے
مَا
mā
whatever
جو کچھ
فِى
fī
(is) in
میں
السَّمٰوٰتِ
l-samāwāti
the heavens
آسمانوں (میں) ہے
وَمَا
wamā
and whatever
اور جو کچھ
فِى
fī
(is) in
میں
الۡاَرۡضِۚ
l-arḍi
the earth
زمین (میں) ہے
لَهُ
lahu
For Him
اسی کے لیے
الۡمُلۡكُ
l-mul'ku
(is the) dominion
بادشاہت
وَلَهُ
walahu
and for Him
اور اسی کے لیے ہے
الۡحَمۡدُ
l-ḥamdu
(is) the praise
تعریف
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
And He
اور وہ
عَلٰى
ʿalā
(is) on
پر
كُلِّ
kulli
every
ہر
شَىۡءٍ
shayin
thing
چیز (پر)
قَدِيۡرٌ
qadīrun
All-Powerful
قدرت رکھنے والا ہے
Urdu —
ہر وہ چیز جو آسمانوں میں ہے اور زمین میں ہے اللہ کی تسبیح کرتی ہے۔ اسی کی ساری بادشاہت ہے اور اسی کے لئے ساری تعریف ہے اور وہ ہر چیز پر بڑا قادر ہےo
— English
Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth is exalting Allah. To Him belongs dominion, and to Him belongs [all] praise, and He is over all things competent.
هُوَ الَّذِىۡ خَلَقَكُمۡ فَمِنۡكُمۡ كَافِرٌ وَّمِنۡكُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنٌؕ وَاللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ بَصِيۡرٌ
— Transliteration
Huwa allathee khalaqakum faminkum kafirunwaminkum mu/minun wallahu bima taAAmaloonabaseer
هُوَ
huwa
He
وہ اللہ
الَّذِىۡ
alladhī
(is) the One Who
وہ ذات ہے
خَلَقَكُمۡ
khalaqakum
created you
جس نے پیدا کیا تم کو
فَمِنۡكُمۡ
faminkum
and among you
تو تم میں سے
كَافِرٌ
kāfirun
(is) a disbeliever
کوئی کافر
وَّمِنۡكُمۡ
waminkum
and among you
اور تم میں سے
مُّؤۡمِنٌؕ
mu'minun
(is) a believer
کوئی مومن ہے
وَاللّٰهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
اور اللہ
بِمَا
bimā
of what
ساتھ اس کے جو
تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ
taʿmalūna
you do
تم عمل کرتے ہو
بَصِيۡرٌ
baṣīrun
(is) All-Seer
دیکھنے والا ہے
Urdu —
وہی ہے جس نے تمہیں پیدا کیا، پس تم میں سے (کوئی) کافر ہو گیا، اور تم میں سے (کوئی) مومن ہوگیا، اور اللہ اُن کاموں کو جو تم کرتے ہو خوب دیکھنے والا ہےo
— English
It is He who created you, and among you is the disbeliever, and among you is the believer. And Allah, of what you do, is Seeing.
خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضَ بِالۡحَـقِّ وَصَوَّرَكُمۡۚ فَاَحۡسَنَ صُوَرَكُمۡۚ وَاِلَيۡهِ الۡمَصِيۡرُ
— Transliteration
Khalaqa assamawati wal-ardabilhaqqi wasawwarakum faahsana suwarakumwa-ilayhi almaseer
خَلَقَ
khalaqa
He created
اس نے پیدا کیا
السَّمٰوٰتِ
l-samāwāti
the heavens
آسمانوں کو
وَالۡاَرۡضَ
wal-arḍa
and the earth
اور زمین کو
بِالۡحَـقِّ
bil-ḥaqi
with truth
حق کے ساتھ
وَصَوَّرَكُمۡ
waṣawwarakum
and He formed you
اور صورت بنائی تمہاری
فَاَحۡسَنَ
fa-aḥsana
and made od
تو اچھی بنائیں
صُوَرَكُمۡۚ
ṣuwarakum
your forms
صورتیں تمہاری
وَاِلَيۡهِ
wa-ilayhi
and to Him
اور اسی کی طرف
الۡمَصِيۡرُ
l-maṣīru
(is) the final return
لوٹنا ہے
Urdu —
اسی نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو حکمت و مقصد کے ساتھ پیدا فرمایا اور (اسی نے) تمہاری صورتیں بنائیں پھر تمہاری صورتوں کو خوب تر کیا، اور (سب کو) اسی کی طرف لوٹ کر جانا ہےo
— English
He created the heavens and earth in truth and formed you and perfected your forms; and to Him is the [final] destination.
يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِىۡ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ وَيَعۡلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّوۡنَ وَمَا تُعۡلِنُوۡنَؕ وَاللّٰهُ عَلِيۡمٌۢ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُوۡرِ
— Transliteration
YaAAlamu ma fee assamawatiwal-ardi wayaAAlamu ma tusirroona wamatuAAlinoona wallahu AAaleemun bithati assudoor
يَعۡلَمُ
yaʿlamu
He knows
وہ جانتا ہے
مَا
mā
what
جو کچھ
فِى
fī
(is) in
میں
السَّمٰوٰتِ
l-samāwāti
the heavens
آسمانوں (میں) ہے
وَالۡاَرۡضِ
wal-arḍi
and the earth
اور زمین میں
وَيَعۡلَمُ
wayaʿlamu
and He knows
اور وہ جانتا ہے
مَا
mā
what
جو
تُسِرُّوۡنَ
tusirrūna
you conceal
تم چھپاتے ہو
وَمَا
wamā
and what
اور جو
تُعۡلِنُوۡنَؕ
tuʿ'linūna
you declare
تم ظاہر کرتے ہو
وَاللّٰهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
اور اللہ تعالیٰ
عَلِيۡمٌۢ
ʿalīmun
(is) All-Knowing
جاننے والا ہے
بِذَاتِ
bidhāti
of what
والے
الصُّدُوۡرِ
l-ṣudūri
(is in) the breasts
سینوں کے بھید
Urdu —
جو کچھ آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہے وہ جانتا ہے اور ان باتوں کو (بھی) جانتا ہے جو تم چھپاتے ہو، اور جو ظاہر کرتے ہو اور اللہ سینوں والی (راز کی) باتوں کو (بھی) خوب جاننے والا ہےo
— English
He knows what is within the heavens and earth and knows what you conceal and what you declare. And Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts.
اَلَمۡ يَاۡتِكُمۡ نَبَـؤُا الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا مِنۡ قَبۡلُ فَذَاقُوۡا وَبَالَ اَمۡرِهِمۡ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ اَلِيۡمٌ
— Transliteration
Alam ya/tikum nabao allatheena kafaroomin qablu fathaqoo wabala amrihim walahum AAathabunaleem
اَلَمۡ
alam
Has not
کیا نہیں
يَاۡتِكُمۡ
yatikum
come to you
آئی تمہارے پاس
نَبَـؤُا
naba-u
(the) news
خبر
الَّذِيۡنَ
alladhīna
(of) those who
ان لوگوں کی
كَفَرُوۡا
kafarū
disbelieved
جنہوں نے کفر کیا
مِنۡ
min
**before?
سے
قَبۡلُ
qablu
before
اس سے پہلے
فَذَاقُوۡا
fadhāqū
So they tasted
تو انہوں نے چکھا
وَبَالَ
wabāla
(the bad) consequence
وبال
اَمۡرِهِمۡ
amrihim
(of) their affair
اپنے کام کا
وَلَهُمۡ
walahum
and for them
اور ان کے لیے
عَذَابٌ
ʿadhābun
(is) a punishment
عذاب
اَلِيۡمٌ
alīmun
painful
دردناک
Urdu —
کیا تمہیں اُن لوگوں کی خبر نہیں پہنچی جنہوں نے (تم سے) پہلے کفر کیا تھا تو انہوں نے (دنیا میں) اپنے کام کی سزا چکھ لی اور ان کے لئے (آخرت میں بھی) دردناک عذاب ہےo
— English
Has there not come to you the news of those who disbelieved before? So they tasted the bad consequence of their affair, and they will have a painful punishment.
ذٰلِكَ بِاَنَّهٗ كَانَتۡ تَّاۡتِيۡهِمۡ رُسُلُهُمۡ بِالۡبَيِّنٰتِ فَقَالُوۡۤا اَبَشَرٌ يَّهۡدُوۡنَـنَا فَكَفَرُوۡا وَتَوَلَّوا وَّاسۡتَغۡنَى اللّٰهُؕ وَاللّٰهُ غَنِىٌّ حَمِيۡدٌ
— Transliteration
Thalika bi-annahu kanatta/teehim rusuluhum bilbayyinati faqalooabasharun yahdoonana fakafaroo watawallaw wastaghnaAllahu wallahu ghaniyyun hameed
ذٰ لِكَ
dhālika
That
یہ
بِاَنَّهٗ
bi-annahu
(is) because
بوجہ اس کے کہ بیشک وہ
كَانَتۡ
kānat
had
تھے
تَّاۡتِيۡهِمۡ
tatīhim
come to them
آتے ان کے پاس
رُسُلُهُمۡ
rusuluhum
their Messengers
ان کے رسول
بِالۡبَيِّنٰتِ
bil-bayināti
with clear proofs
ساتھ واضح آیات کے
فَقَالُوۡۤا
faqālū
but they said
تو وہ کہتے
اَبَشَرٌ
abasharun
Shall human beings
کیا انسان
يَّهۡدُوۡنَـنَا
yahdūnanā
guide us
ہدایت دیں گے ہم کو
فَكَفَرُوۡا
fakafarū
So they disbelieved
تو انہوں نے کفر کیا
وَتَوَلَّوْا
watawallaw
and turned away
اورمنہ موڑ گئے
وَّاسۡتَغۡنَى
wa-is'taghnā
And can do without them
اور بےپرواہ ہوگیا
اللّٰهُ ؕ
l-lahu
Allah
اللہ
وَاللّٰهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
اور اللہ
غَنِىٌّ
ghaniyyun
(is) Self-sufficient
بےنیاز ہے
حَمِيۡدٌ
ḥamīdun
Praiseworthy
تعریف والا ہے
Urdu —
یہ اس لئے کہ اُن کے پاس اُن کے رسول واضح نشانیاں لے کر آتے تھے تو وہ کہتے تھے: کیا (ہماری ہی مثل اور ہم جنس) بشر٭ ہمیں ہدایت کریں گے؟ سو وہ کافر ہوگئے اور انہوں نے (حق سے) رُوگردانی کی اور اللہ نے بھی (اُن کی) کچھ پرواہ نہ کی، اور اللہ بے نیاز ہے لائقِ حمد و ثنا ہےo
— English
That is because their messengers used to come to them with clear evidences, but they said, "Shall human beings guide us?" and disbelieved and turned away. And Allah dispensed [with them]; and Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy.
زَعَمَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡۤا اَنۡ لَّنۡ يُّبۡعَثُوۡاؕ قُلۡ بَلٰى وَرَبِّىۡ لَـتُبۡعَثُنَّ ثُمَّ لَـتُنَبَّؤُنَّ بِمَا عَمِلۡتُمۡؕ وَذٰلِكَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ يَسِيۡرٌ
— Transliteration
ZaAAama allatheena kafaroo an lanyubAAathoo qul bala warabbee latubAAathunna thummalatunabbaonna bima AAamiltum wathalika AAalaAllahi yaseer
زَعَمَ
zaʿama
Claim
دعوی کیا
الَّذِيۡنَ
alladhīna
those who
ان لوگوں نے
كَفَرُوۡۤا
kafarū
disbelieve
جنہوں نے کفر کیا
اَنۡ
an
that
کہ
لَّنۡ
lan
never
ہرگز نہ
يُّبۡـعَـثُـوۡا ؕ
yub'ʿathū
will they be raised
اٹھائے جائیں گے
قُلۡ
qul
Say
کہہ دیجئے
بَلٰى
balā
`Yes,
کیوں نہیں
وَرَبِّىۡ
warabbī
by my Lord
میرے رب کی قسم
لَـتُبۡـعَـثُـنَّ
latub'ʿathunna
surely you will be raised
البتہ تم ضرور اٹھائے جاؤ گے
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
پھر
لَـتُنَـبَّـؤُنَّ
latunabba-unna
surely you will be informed
البتہ تم ضرور بتائے جاؤ گے
بِمَا
bimā
of what
ساتھ اس کے جو
عَمِلۡـتُمۡؕ
ʿamil'tum
you did
تم نے عمل کیے
وَذٰ لِكَ
wadhālika
And that
اور یہ بات
عَلَى
ʿalā
for
پر
اللّٰهِ
l-lahi
Allah
اللہ (پر)
يَسِيۡرٌ
yasīrun
(is) easy
بہت آسان ہے
Urdu —
کافر لوگ یہ خیال کرتے ہیں کہ وہ (دوبارہ) ہرگز نہ اٹھائے جائیں گے۔ فرما دیجئے: کیوں نہیں، میرے رب کی قسم! تم ضرور اٹھائے جاؤ گے پھر تمہیں بتا دیا جائے گا جو کچھ تم نے کیا تھا، اور یہ اللہ پر بہت آسان ہےo
— English
Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected. Say, "Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did. And that, for Allah, is easy."
فَاٰمِنُوۡا بِاللّٰهِ وَرَسُوۡلِهٖ وَالنُّوۡرِ الَّذِىۡۤ اَنۡزَلۡنَاؕ وَاللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ خَبِيۡرٌ
— Transliteration
Faaminoo billahiwarasoolihi wannoori allathee anzalna wallahubima taAAmaloona khabeer
فَاٰمِنُوۡا
faāminū
So believe
پس ایمان لاؤ
بِاللّٰهِ
bil-lahi
in Allah
اللہ پر
وَرَسُوۡلِهٖ
warasūlihi
and His Messenger
اور اس کے رسول پر
وَالنُّوۡرِ
wal-nūri
and the Light
اور اس نور پر
الَّذِىۡۤ
alladhī
which
وہ جو
اَنۡزَلۡنَاؕ
anzalnā
We have sent down
اتارا ہم نے
وَاللّٰهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
اور اللہ
بِمَا
bimā
of what
ساتھ اس کے جو
تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ
taʿmalūna
you do
تم عمل کرتے ہو
خَبِيۡرٌ
khabīrun
(is) All-Aware
خبر رکھنے والا
Urdu —
پس تم اللہ اور اُس کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) پر اور اُس نور پر ایمان لاؤ جسے ہم نے نازل فرمایا ہے، اور اللہ اُن کاموں سے خوب آگاہ ہے جو تم کرتے ہوo
— English
So believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Qur'an which We have sent down. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do.
يَوۡمَ يَجۡمَعُكُمۡ لِيَوۡمِ الۡجَمۡعِ ذٰلِكَ يَوۡمُ التَّغَابُنِؕ وَمَنۡ يُّؤۡمِنۡۢ بِاللّٰهِ وَيَعۡمَلۡ صَالِحًـا يُّكَفِّرۡ عَنۡهُ سَيِّاٰتِهٖ وَيُدۡخِلۡهُ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِىۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِهَا الۡاَنۡهٰرُ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَاۤ اَبَدًاؕ ذٰلِكَ الۡفَوۡزُ الۡعَظِیْمُ
— Transliteration
Yawma yajmaAAukum liyawmi aljamAAi thalikayawmu attaghabuni waman yu/min billahiwayaAAmal salihan yukaffir AAanhu sayyi-atihiwayudkhilhu jannatin tajree min tahtihaal-anharu khalideena feeha abadan thalikaalfawzu alAAatheem
يَوۡمَ
yawma
(The) Day
جس دن
يَجۡمَعُكُمۡ
yajmaʿukum
He will assemble you
وہ جمع کرے گا تم کو
لِيَوۡمِ
liyawmi
for (the) Day
دن
الۡجَمۡعِ
l-jamʿi
(of) the Assembly
جمع کرنے کے
ذٰ لِكَ
dhālika
that
یہ
يَوۡمُ
yawmu
(will be the) Day
دن ہے
التَّغَابُنِ ؕ
l-taghābuni
(of) mutual loss and gain
ہار جیت کا
وَمَنۡ
waman
And whoever
اور جو
يُّؤۡمِنۡۢ
yu'min
believes
ایمان لائے گا
بِاللّٰهِ
bil-lahi
in Allah
اللہ پر
وَيَعۡمَلۡ
wayaʿmal
and does
اور عمل کرے گا
صَالِحًـا
ṣāliḥan
righteous deeds
اچھے
يُّكَفِّرۡ
yukaffir
He will remove
دور کردے گا
عَنۡهُ
ʿanhu
from him
اس سے
سَيِّاٰتِهٖ
sayyiātihi
his evil deeds
اس کی برائیاں
وَيُدۡخِلۡهُ
wayud'khil'hu
and He will admit him
اور داخل کرے گا اس کو
جَنّٰتٍ
jannātin
(to) Gardens
باغوں میں
تَجۡرِىۡ
tajrī
flow
بہتی ہیں
مِنۡ
min
from
سے
تَحۡتِهَا
taḥtihā
underneath it
جن کے نیچے
الۡاَنۡهٰرُ
l-anhāru
the rivers
نہریں
خٰلِدِيۡنَ
khālidīna
abiding
ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں
فِيۡهَاۤ
fīhā
therein
ان جنتوں میں
اَبَدًا ؕ
abadan
forever
ہمیشہ ہمیشہ
ذٰ لِكَ
dhālika
That
یہی لوگ
الۡفَوۡزُ
l-fawzu
(is) the success
کامیابی ہے
الۡعَظِیْمُ
l-ʿaẓīmu
the great
بہت بڑی
Urdu —
جس دن وہ تمہیں جمع ہونے کے دن (میدانِ حشر میں) اکٹھا کرے گا یہ ہار اور نقصان ظاہر ہونے کا دن ہے۔ اور جو شخص اللہ پر ایمان لاتا ہے اور نیک عمل کرتا ہے تو (اللہ) اس (کے نامۂ اعمال) سے اس کی خطائیں مٹا دے گا اور اسے جنتوں میں داخل فرما دے گا جن کے نیچے سے نہریں بہہ رہی ہیں وہ ان میں ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہوں گے، یہ بہت بڑی کامیابی ہےo
— English
The Day He will assemble you for the Day of Assembly - that is the Day of Deprivation. And whoever believes in Allah and does righteousness - He will remove from him his misdeeds and admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. That is the great attainment.
وَالَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا وَكَذَّبُوۡا بِاٰيٰتِنَاۤ اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ اَصۡحٰبُ النَّارِ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَاؕ وَبِئۡسَ الۡمَصِيۡرُ
— Transliteration
Wallatheena kafaroo wakaththaboobi-ayatina ola-ika as-habuannari khalideena feeha wabi/sa almaseer
وَالَّذِيۡنَ
wa-alladhīna
But those who
اور وہ لوگ
كَفَرُوۡا
kafarū
disbelieved
جنہوں نے کفر کیا
وَكَذَّبُوۡا
wakadhabū
and denied
اور جھٹلایا
بِاٰيٰتِنَاۤ
biāyātinā
[in] Our Verses
ہماری آیات کو
اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ
ulāika
those
یہی لوگ
اَصۡحٰبُ
aṣḥābu
(are the) companions
والے
النَّارِ
l-nāri
(of) the Fire
آگ (والے ہیں)
خٰلِدِيۡنَ
khālidīna
abiding forever
ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں
فِيۡهَا ؕ
fīhā
therein.
اس میں
وَبِئۡسَ
wabi'sa
And wretched is
اور کتنا برا
الۡمَصِيۡرُ
l-maṣīru
the destination
ٹھکانہ ہے
Urdu —
اور جن لوگوں نے کفر کیا اور ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلایا وہی لوگ دوزخی ہیں (جو) اس میں ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں، اور وہ کیا ہی برا ٹھکانا ہےo
— English
But the ones who disbelieved and denied Our verses - those are the companions of the Fire, abiding eternally therein; and wretched is the destination.
مَاۤ اَصَابَ مِنۡ مُّصِيۡبَةٍ اِلَّا بِاِذۡنِ اللّٰهِؕ وَمَنۡ يُّؤۡمِنۡۢ بِاللّٰهِ يَهۡدِ قَلۡبَهٗؕ وَاللّٰهُ بِكُلِّ شَىۡءٍ عَلِيۡمٌ
— Transliteration
Ma asaba min museebatinilla bi-ithni Allahi waman yu/min billahiyahdi qalbahu wallahu bikulli shay-in AAaleem
مَاۤ
mā
Not
نہیں
اَصَابَ
aṣāba
strikes
پہنچتی
مِنۡ
min
any
کوئی
مُّصِيۡبَةٍ
muṣībatin
disaster
مصیبت
اِلَّا
illā
except
مگر
بِاِذۡنِ
bi-idh'ni
by (the) permission
اذن سے
اللّٰهِؕ
l-lahi
(of) Allah
اللہ کے
وَمَنۡ
waman
And whoever
اور جو کوئی
يُّؤۡمِنۡۢ
yu'min
believes
ایمان لاتا ہے
بِاللّٰهِ
bil-lahi
in Allah
اللہ پر
يَهۡدِ
yahdi
He guides
وہ رہنمائی کرتا ہے
قَلۡبَهٗؕ
qalbahu
his heart
اس کے دل کی
وَاللّٰهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
اور اللہ
بِكُلِّ
bikulli
of every
ہر
شَىۡءٍ
shayin
thing
چیز کو
عَلِيۡمٌ
ʿalīmun
(is) All-Knowing
جاننے والا ہے
Urdu —
(کسی کو) کوئی مصیبت نہیں پہنچتی مگر اللہ کے حکم سے اور جو شخص اللہ پر ایمان لاتا ہے تو وہ اُس کے دل کو ہدایت فرما دیتا ہے، اور اللہ ہر چیز کو خوب جاننے والا ہےo
— English
No disaster strikes except by permission of Allah. And whoever believes in Allah - He will guide his heart. And Allah is Knowing of all things.
وَاَطِيۡعُوۡا اللّٰهَ وَاَطِيۡعُوۡا الرَّسُوۡلَۚ فَاِنۡ تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ فَاِنَّمَا عَلٰى رَسُوۡلِنَا الۡبَلٰغُ الۡمُبِيۡنُ
— Transliteration
WaateeAAoo Allaha waateeAAooarrasoola fa-in tawallaytum fa-innama AAalarasoolina albalaghu almubeen
وَاَطِيۡعُوا
wa-aṭīʿū
So obey
اور اطاعت کرو
اللّٰهَ
l-laha
Allah
اللہ کی
وَاَطِيۡعُوا
wa-aṭīʿū
and obey
اور اطاعت کرو
الرَّسُوۡلَۚ
l-rasūla
the Messenger
رسول کی
فَاِنۡ
fa-in
but if
پھر اگر
تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ
tawallaytum
you turn away
منہ موڑو تم
فَاِنَّمَا
fa-innamā
then only
تو بیشک
عَلٰى
ʿalā
upon
پر
رَسُوۡلِنَا
rasūlinā
Our Messenger
ہمارے رسول (پر)
الۡبَلٰغُ
l-balāghu
(is) the conveyance
پہنچانا ہے
الۡمُبِيۡنُ
l-mubīnu
clear
کھلم کھلا
Urdu —
اور تم اللہ کی اطاعت کرو اور رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی اطاعت کرو، پھر اگر تم نے رُوگردانی کی تو (یاد رکھو) ہمارے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ذمّہ صرف واضح طور پر (احکام کو) پہنچا دینا ہےo
— English
And obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon Our Messenger is only [the duty of] clear notification.
اللّٰهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَؕ وَعَلَى اللّٰهِ فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ الۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ
— Transliteration
Allahu la ilaha illahuwa waAAala Allahi falyatawakkali almu/minoon
اَللّٰهُ
al-lahu
Allah
اللہ تعالیٰ
لَاۤ
lā
(there is) no
نہیں کوئی
اِلٰهَ
ilāha
God
الہ برحق
اِلَّا
illā
except
مگر
هُوَؕ
huwa
Him.
وہی
وَعَلَى
waʿalā
And upon
اور پر
اللّٰهِ
l-lahi
Allah
اللہ (پر) ہی
فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ
falyatawakkali
let put (their) trust
پس چاہیے کہ توکل کریں
الۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ
l-mu'minūna
the believers
مومن
Urdu —
اللہ (ہی معبود) ہے اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، اور اللہ ہی پر ایمان والوں کو بھروسہ رکھنا چاہئےo
— English
Allah - there is no deity except Him. And upon Allah let the believers rely.
يٰۤاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِنَّ مِنۡ اَزۡوَاجِكُمۡ وَاَوۡلَادِكُمۡ عَدُوًّا لَّكُمۡ فَاحۡذَرُوۡهُمۡۚ وَاِنۡ تَعۡفُوۡا وَتَصۡفَحُوۡا وَتَغۡفِرُوۡا فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ
— Transliteration
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooinna min azwajikum waawladikum AAaduwwan lakum fahtharoohumwa-in taAAfoo watasfahoo wataghfiroo fa-inna Allahaghafoorun raheem
يٰۤاَيُّهَا
yāayyuhā
**O you who believe!
اے
الَّذِيۡنَ
alladhīna
(you) who
لوگو
اٰمَنُوۡۤا
āmanū
believe
جو ایمان لائے ہو
اِنَّ
inna
Indeed,
بیشک
مِنۡ
min
from
سے
اَزۡوَاجِكُمۡ
azwājikum
your spouses
تمہاری بیویوں میں سے
وَاَوۡلَادِكُمۡ
wa-awlādikum
and your children
اور تمہارے بچوں میں سے
عَدُوًّا
ʿaduwwan
(are) enemies
دشمن ہیں
لَّكُمۡ
lakum
to you,
تمہارے لیے
فَاحۡذَرُوۡهُمۡۚ
fa-iḥ'dharūhum
so beware of them
پس بچو ان سے
وَاِنۡ
wa-in
But if
اور اگر
تَعۡفُوۡا
taʿfū
you pardon
تم معاف کردو گے
وَتَصۡفَحُوۡا
wataṣfaḥū
and overlook
اور درگزر کرو گے
وَتَغۡفِرُوۡا
wataghfirū
and forgive
اور بخش دو گے
فَاِنَّ
fa-inna
then indeed,
تو بیشک
اللّٰهَ
l-laha
Allah
اللہ تعالیٰ
غَفُوۡرٌ
ghafūrun
(is) Oft-Forgiving
غفور
رَّحِيۡمٌ
raḥīmun
Most Merciful
رحیم ہے
Urdu —
اے ایمان والو! بیشک تمہاری بیویوں اور تمہاری اولاد میں سے بعض تمہارے دشمن ہیں پس اُن سے ہوشیار رہو۔ اور اگر تم صرفِ نظر کر لو اور درگزر کرو اور معاف کر دو تو بیشک اللہ بڑا بخشنے والا نہایت مہربان ہےo
— English
O you who have believed, indeed, among your wives and your children are enemies to you, so beware of them. But if you pardon and overlook and forgive - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
اِنَّمَاۤ اَمۡوَالُـكُمۡ وَاَوۡلَادُكُمۡ فِتۡنَةٌ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ عِنۡدَهٗۤ اَجۡرٌ عَظِيۡمٌ
— Transliteration
Innama amwalukum waawladukumfitnatun wallahu AAindahu ajrun AAatheem
اِنَّمَاۤ
innamā
Only
بیشک
اَمۡوَالُـكُمۡ
amwālukum
your wealth
مال تمہارے
وَاَوۡلَادُكُمۡ
wa-awlādukum
and your children
اور اولاد تمہاری
فِتۡنَةٌ ؕ
fit'natun
(are) a trial
آزمائش ہیں
وَاللّٰهُ
wal-lahu
and Allah
اور اللہ
عِنۡدَهٗۤ
ʿindahu
with Him
اس کے پاس
اَجۡرٌ
ajrun
(is) a reward
اجر
عَظِيۡمٌ
ʿaẓīmun
great
عظیم ہے
Urdu —
تمہارے مال اور تمہاری اولاد محض آزمائش ہی ہیں، اور اللہ کی بارگاہ میں بہت بڑا اجر ہےo
— English
Your wealth and your children are but a trial, and Allah has with Him a great reward.
فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ مَا اسۡتَطَعۡتُمۡ وَاسۡمَعُوۡا وَاَطِيۡعُوۡا وَاَنۡفِقُوۡا خَيۡرًا لِّاَنۡفُسِكُمۡؕ وَمَنۡ يُّوۡقَ شُحَّ نَفۡسِهٖ فَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ
— Transliteration
Fattaqoo Allaha maistataAAtum wasmaAAoo waateeAAoo waanfiqookhayran li-anfusikum waman yooqa shuhha nafsihi faola-ikahumu almuflihoon
فَاتَّقُوا
fa-ittaqū
So fear
پس ڈرو
اللّٰهَ
l-laha
Allah
اللہ سے
مَا
mā
as much as
جتنی
اسۡتَطَعۡتُمۡ
is'taṭaʿtum
you are able
تم میں استطاعت ہے
وَاسۡمَعُوۡا
wa-is'maʿū
and listen
اور سنو
وَاَطِيۡعُوۡا
wa-aṭīʿū
and obey
اور اطاعت کرو
وَاَنۡفِقُوۡا
wa-anfiqū
and spend
اور خرچ کرو
خَيۡرًا
khayran
(it is) better
بہتر ہے
لِّاَنۡفُسِكُمۡؕ
li-anfusikum
for yourselves
تمہارے نفسوں کے لیے
وَمَنۡ
waman
And whoever
اور جو
يُّوۡقَ
yūqa
is saved
بچالیا گیا
شُحَّ
shuḥḥa
(from the) greediness
بخیلی سے
نَفۡسِهٖ
nafsihi
(of) his soul
اپنے نفس کی
فَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ
fa-ulāika
then those
تو یہی لوگ
هُمُ
humu
[they]
وہ ہیں
الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ
l-muf'liḥūna
(are) the successful ones
فلاح پانے والے ہیں
Urdu —
پس تم اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو جس قدر تم سے ہوسکے اور (اُس کے احکام) سنو اور اطاعت کرو اور (اس کی راہ میں) خرچ کرو یہ تمہارے لئے بہتر ہوگا، اور جو اپنے نفس کے بخل سے بچا لیا جائے سو وہی لوگ فلاح پانے والے ہیںo
— English
So fear Allah as much as you are able and listen and obey and spend [in the way of Allah]; it is better for your selves. And whoever is protected from the stinginess of his soul - it is those who will be the successful.
اِنۡ تُقۡرِضُوا اللّٰهَ قَرۡضًا حَسَنًا يُّضٰعِفۡهُ لَـكُمۡ وَيَغۡفِرۡ لَـكُمۡؕ وَاللّٰهُ شَكُوۡرٌ حَلِيۡمٌۙ
— Transliteration
In tuqridoo Allaha qardanhasanan yudaAAifhu lakum wayaghfir lakum wallahushakoorun haleem
اِنۡ
in
If
اگر
تُقۡرِضُوا
tuq'riḍū
you loan
تم قرض دو گے
اللّٰهَ
l-laha
(to) Allah
اللہ کو
قَرۡضًا
qarḍan
a loan
قرض
حَسَنًا
ḥasanan
goodly
حسنہ
يُّضٰعِفۡهُ
yuḍāʿif'hu
He will multiply it
وہ دوگنا کردے گا اس کو
لَـكُمۡ
lakum
for you
تمہارے لیے
وَيَغۡفِرۡ
wayaghfir
and will forgive
اور بخش دے گا
لَـكُمۡؕ
lakum
you.
تم کو
وَاللّٰهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
اور اللہ
شَكُوۡرٌ
shakūrun
(is) Most Appreciative
قدردان ہے
حَلِيۡمٌۙ
ḥalīmun
Most Forbearing
بردبار ہے
Urdu —
اگر تم اللہ کو (اخلاص اور نیک نیتی سے) اچھا قرض دوگے تو وہ اسے تمہارے لئے کئی گنا بڑھا دے گا اور تمہیں بخش دے گا، اور اللہ بڑا قدر شناس ہے بُردبار ہےo
— English
If you loan Allah a goodly loan, He will multiply it for you and forgive you. And Allah is Most Appreciative and Forbearing.
عٰلِمُ الۡغَيۡبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ الۡعَزِيۡزُ الۡحَكِيۡمُ
— Transliteration
AAalimu alghaybi washshahadatialAAazeezu alhakeem
عٰلِمُ
ʿālimu
(The) Knower
جاننے والا ہے
الۡغَيۡبِ
l-ghaybi
(of) the unseen
غیب کو
وَالشَّهَادَةِ
wal-shahādati
and the witnessed
اور حاضر کو
الۡعَزِيۡزُ
l-ʿazīzu
the All-Mighty
زبردست ہے
الۡحَكِيۡمُ
l-ḥakīmu
the All-Wise
حکمت والا
Urdu —
ہر نہاں اور عیاں کو جاننے والا ہے، بڑے غلبہ و عزت والا بڑی حکمت والا ہےo
— English
Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
