According to the classical exegete Imam Al-Tabari, Quran 10:82 is a definitive declaration of Allah's unchangeable law: He will always establish, prove, and make the Truth triumphant through His divine command. Imam Al-Qurtubi adds that Allah clarifies and manifests the Truth using His 'words'—which encompass His divine speech, حجج (arguments), and براهين (proofs), as well as His promises of victory to the believers.
